That time feeling ashamed saved me.

Hello Christian,

It was a hot summer in Trento (Italy).

The breeze was warm, and the sun was radiating in the sky.

I was home, crunching on my favorite snack, Tuc biscuits.

Salty but sweet, crunchy, and yummy, I rushed to pick another load just to stop my hunger.

As I ran into the hallway, I stumbled and fell to the ground, a mirror in front of me.

I didn’t get hurt from falling, but seeing myself in that state did.

It hadn’t been long since I bought the shirt I was wearing, and it was already tight… showing my belly.

I felt ashamed.

(At the time, I weighed over 110 kg, and I was 1.75m tall, so we can safely say I was fat.)

Was this the shape I wanted my family to see me in?

The shape my future kids will see me?

What an example will I be?

No…

It was time for a change.

Fast forward 6 months, and I was down 8 kgs already.

I felt healthier and better about myself.

Fast forward to today, and this is me.

12% body fat, showing my six-pack on the beach.

Pretty good, right?
